It’s haute couture week in Paris and the fashion wires and sparking like crazy. Several of us are in town for meetings, showings and re-sees, and yes, it is actually as exciting as you think it is. Paris really does come alive at this time of year, and the weather is gorgeous. The only problem is there are so many collections to see, it’s impossible to do everything. So far, the Louis Vuitton presentation has been a sun-filled dream, Dior showed its first couture collection in 15 years without John Galliano at the helm and Giambattista Valli showed his first ever couture colelction, starring the magnificent red gown above.
